The item(s) must be unused, unaltered and returned with the original gift packaging.
A return authorization number MUST be obtained from us, and this number MUST appear outside of the box. Returns
cannot be accepted without such authorization. For your safety, please send your item priority post and request a RETURN

While we do refund the full amount for the item(s) ordered, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty of Beaded Strands Beaded Watches:
We offer either a One year to 90 Day on all of our watches, under each watch product item number will now indicate
the warranty that is included with each watch. This includes full warranty of the functionality of the watch and/or
beaded strand. Upon purchase of ANY of our watches you will now receive a warranty redemption card with your purchase,
if you ever experience a problem, please send your watch back to us, we will either REPLACE or repair your watch to good working
condition upon sending it back to you. Shipping to us is not provided, shipping back to you is our expense. For more
