You can choose between a precious gemstone or semi-precious natural birthstone to capture that special someones birth month. You can select the applicable associated birth month to the gemstone in the drop down menu selection. The charm comes with a split ring that can easily be added to an existing bracelet or necklace, or you can identify in the ADD CHARM TO? section the item number that you would like this specifically added to if you ordered a bracelet or necklace. The charms shown in the picture show a green emerald with bright sterling silver accents that includes a single matte finish star cut bead, the next is an amethyst gemstone and bright stardust accents, and finally a pretty precious faceted red ruby with bright sterling silver laser cut stardust twist silver bead and a floating bali ring with bright sterling silver accents on the bottom.
