Made Easy!! Customers that place orders can use this simple form to "drop ship". Saves time
and extra costs on shipping!
A customer that orders
products from our on-line store can use this easy form for "gift giving" "drop ship" to send to their
gift recipient. Simple, just fill out the form below with your customer receipt/transaction number, customer name, customer
address and then your gift recipient's mailing information.
After
you complete your online purchase from our shopping cart - please just fill in the receipt or transaction number from your
PayPal transaction.
We will ensure their gift is sent directly to them without
the invoice/receipt. We will send you the invoice/receipt separately to your address. You can add your own short
personalized greeting and we will attach a gift card.
There is an extra "Customer
Instructions" field - if you are ordering more than one item and the items are not personalized
and would like certain item numbers, sizes to go to certain people. You may enter either the names, item number, sizes,
to identify the personal messages on each card if you like.
If you ordered more than one item and are sending
to multiple addresses, then please just enter each "gift recipient" separately, by submitting
multiple forms to us for each gift recipient. This will avoid any confusion on our part by submitting each
"gift recipient" separately, thank you.
All of our jewelry
comes complete in gift wrapping of a gift box, organza bag, product detail and wrapped with organza ribbon.
