FREE Repair Service of Baby Bead Treasures Jewelry:

We take extra care when handling our jewelry.  This is why we will stand behind our products and offer a free repair service with any of our jewelry that is purchased through our on-line store and/or if you purchased the jewelry from another location.

We do use the best jewelry wire on the market; the wire is considered to be virtually un-breakable.  However, things can still occur especially with active children.  Such as a bead breaking from a bracelet, a crimp may break or the wire becomes too slack from continuous wear.  These are just some of the examples of the repairs we are willing to fix for you free of charge (excluding shipping costs).

If your bracelet was purchased through our on-line store and/or from another location and you require a repair, you may return/send your bracelet back to us and we will do our best to accommodate you with the repair as requested.  This may include a loss of a clasp, bead or if any of the bracelet components have actually broken.  We will repair and/or replace any missing components of the bracelet at our expense.  However, if the bracelet has been subjected to poor conditions (such as swimming pool chlorine), or has been altered in any way then we will not cover the repair/replacement cost of the bracelet.  You have your choice of mailing the bracelet back using regular standard surface mail (please protect the bracelet by wrapping the bracelet in bubble wrap or tissue paper), we will ship the bracelet back using this same regular standard shipping at our cost.  However, if you wish to purchase special insurance and/or tracking for the return of your bracelet you can select and pay for this extra shipping costs under our "Resize and/or Repair Return Shipping" on our website.
 
Watches Include Warranty:
 
We are confident in the products and services we offer so we offer full warranty on all of our watches, this either includes a One year to 90 Day full warranty on all of our watches.  Please review for terms below:
 
WARRANTY Includes:  a Warranty card is issued at the time of purchase and sent out with the watch, the warranty card will include the date of purchase and what the warranty covers and contact information (mailing address to redeem for Replacement, or Repair) if ever required to obtain warranty.
 
On our Two Tone Collection we offer a One Year Warranty (warranty card for redemption provided with purchase of watch), this includes the mechanical working structure of the watch, if the watch fails to work during this time period of One Year from purchase date then we will either replace or repair the entire watch to good working condition and return to you at our expense.
 
On our Personalized Watches we offer a One Year Warranty (warranty card for redemption provided with purchase of watch), this includes the mechanical working structure of the watch, if the watch fails to work during this time period of One Year from purchase date then we will either replace or repair the watch to to good working condition and return to you at our expense.
 
And on our Swarovski Crystal Birthstone Watches we also offer a One Year Warranty (warranty card for redemption provided with purchase of watch), this includes the mechabnical working structure of the watch, if the watch fails to work during this time period of One Year from the purchase date then we will either replace or repair the watch to good working condition and return to you at our expense.
 
On all other watches we offer a full 90 DAY Warranty (warranty card for redemption provided with purchase of watch) on most of our watches this includes the watch face function, if you require a new battery we will send you a new battery at our cost within the 90 Day purchase date.  Or if not fault of the battery, we will replace the watch face within the 90 Day purchase date.  If you have problems with the beaded strand on the watch itself, please use our "FREE" repair service that we offer.
 
You may contact us at customerservice@babybeadtreasures.com for warranty redemption, please provide, the purchase date, and information that you are sending the watch back for replacement or repair. Or you may phone or toll-free number at 1-877-380-3606.  
 
After the Warranty expires on your watch, you may always utilize our "FREE" repair service by sending the item back to us for general repairs, this is excluding any parts to complete the repair.

We strive to meet your needs by being available for questions and/or concerns either by email, or by phone from Monday through Saturday.

We also invite any and all comments whether negative or positive by our customerservice@babybeadtreasures.com email address.  And we will always do our best to work with you and provide a solution to your problem.  You may also leave live feedback on our website under the "Sign Our Guestbook" feature, which is located at the very bottom of our homepage.

Mother's Bracelets (Multi-strand Bracelet Series):
 
We are offering a Full One Year Warranty on all Mother's Bracelets.  Upon purchase of any of our Mother's bracelets in the multi-strand series (Two to Five Strand) bracelets we will either replace or repair including cost of the parts for the item you purchased if anything ever breaks on your bracelet, just retain the warranty card that is issued to you upon purchase, and redeem at anytime from the date of purchase and within One Year. Redemption contact information and instructions will be provided on the warranty card that is issued to you.

After the one year warranty has expired, and you have an issue with your jewelry, you may always send the item back to us and use our "FREE" repair service, excluding parts to complete the repair.

If for what ever reason you are not fully satisfied with our products or service from Baby Bead Treasures, please feel free to follow our RETURN POLICY and receive a full-refund (excluding shipping costs). We will also need to approve the return with an authorization number if purchased from our on-line store before the bracelet is returned to us. 

Outgrown Your Bracelet?  Try our Re-stringing service for only $4.00 per bracelet size increase:
 
If you have outgrown your bracelet you may send your bracelet back to us and we will re-string your bracelet, and return it to you...just like new!

For a service fee of $4.00 (per bracelet size) we will re-string your bracelet and add beads, replace any items that need replacing from wear.  Please measure your wrist and determine the appropriate size required, and how many sizes you require your bracelet to be made larger in order for it to fit.  You may use our
jewelry sizing chart to get the correct measurements. This is located in our shopping cart under Service:Bracelet Re-Sizing and you may also purchase the additional shipping (that has tracking and/or insurance) if you do not want to use standard surface mail to ship the bracelet to us, and have us send it back to you.

Custom Bracelet "FREE" Design Service: 

We gladly welcome any custom design, this may be something personal to you that you would like designed by us, such as awareness bracelets, awareness necklaces, awareness earrings, ankle bracelets, name bracelets, special occasion bracelets, mother's or grandmother's bracelets, mom and baby/child keepsake bracelets, baptism bracelet, etc.  We will "free of charge" help you design your bracelet, necklace, earrings, etc. 
 
Customer Drop Ship Form: 

We now offer a simple form that customers can fill out on-line with their mailing information (we mail the invoice to you) and then they can enter their gift recipient's mailing information and we mail the gift to them - saves time and money on extra shipping - great for the holiday season.  There is a small area that you can enter a personalized greeting and we will attach a small gift card for your gift receipient too.  Please remember to enter your invoice or transaction number from your PayPal receipt/invoice, thank you.  You can click this link to view the drop ship form.
 
 
Awareness Jewelry: 

If you are interested in fund raising efforts to raise money for your cause then we will also provide a discount on an order of 4 or more items that you wish to purchase, please email us at orders@babybeadtreasures.com and we will provide you with the information and/or a quote, including an expected timeline for your order to be completed.  You can choose to add your awareness custom design to our website and we will provide the charitable organization of your choice with a percentage of the retail sale going directly to them.  Or you can conduct your own fund raising efforts on your awareness custom design and the products that we provide to you at a discount, which varies upon the quantity you choose to order. You can refer to our Awareness Meanings Color Chart if you are interested in creating and designing your own awareness bracelet, awareness necklace, awareness bracelets, or even anklets. You may use our FREE design service to help design your Awareness Jewelry. We will work with you until you are happy with the outcome of your awareness jewelry design.
