Our Mom and Baby/Child matching bracelets are made with Swarovski Crystals Pearls (4mm size) and then accented with deep red Swarovski Crystals (4mm size), which are separated with bali spacers.  We have added a 8mm red heart charm to the adult style bracelet, and the child style bracelet has a small 4mm red heart charm. 

As shown in the picture the matching bracelets will come with two 1.0" matching all hearts bracelet extenders.
